Order Cutoff Time
- Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
- The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time the order is placed (before or after the cutoff time), handling time, and transit time provided. If the delivery occurs over a public holiday, the estimate will be adjusted accordingly.

Processing & Shipping
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Please check your Spam folder if you did not receive an email.)
Order Shipping:
- Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number, the shipping time is as per the segmented regions:
- EU: 3-5 business days
- North America & CA: 3-7 business days
- AU: 6-10 business days
- Note: Please allow an additional 3-4 days for the delivery of the product as they might get stuck or lost during shipping. If you haven’t received your order by then, please email us at support@generu.co, and your query will be our top priority. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
- If you have not received the item within the time period mentioned above, you have the right to request a new package or a full refund. However, before issuing a refund, we may ask you to contact the local post office and communicate with them, as they may have marked the order as delivered to a location you might not be aware of.

Order Status
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
